# Profile and sign-in

> Sign-in methods, passwords, Google, multi-factor authentication, and your linked accounts.

Open **Settings → Profile**. These settings are yours and follow you across every workspace.

## Profile

Upload a **photo** and set your **name**. Your email is shown but managed through your sign-in methods.

## Sign-in methods

You can always sign in with a **one-time email code**. Add a **password** or connect **Google** for faster sign-in.

* **Password.** Set or change it here. Choose **Forgot your password?** on the sign-in page to reset it by email code.
* **Google.** Connect your Google account to sign in with one click. If your Google email matches your Henry email, they link automatically.
* **Single sign-on.** If your company has connected its identity provider, you sign in through it, and other methods may be turned off for your domain. See [Single sign-on](/user-guide/admin/single-sign-on).

## Multi-factor authentication

Under **Multi-factor authentication (MFA)**, turn on **Authenticator app**. Scan the QR code with any authenticator app (or enter the key manually), type the 6-digit code it shows, and click **Verify & turn on**.

From then on, signing in asks for a code from your app after your password or email code. Turn it off from the same place.

## Microsoft Teams account

If your workspace uses Microsoft Teams, link your Microsoft account under **Microsoft Teams account** so Henry recognizes you in Teams. Approvals, memory, and authorship then stay yours across every channel. See [Microsoft Teams](/user-guide/channels/microsoft-teams).

## Texting

Your phone number for texting Henry is managed in **Settings → Texting**. See [Texting](/user-guide/channels/texting).

## Notifications

**Settings → Notifications** controls how Henry alerts you when an integration you connected stops working: by **email**, by **Slack** DM, or both. Workspace invitations and account emails are always delivered. Your conversations with Henry are not affected by these settings.

On the iPhone app, **Settings → Notifications → Enable notifications** turns on push for task reports and replies that finish while you are away.

## Appearance and thinking

In **Settings → Preferences**, **Appearance** (System, Light, Dark) and **Thinking in chat** (Collapsed or Expanded) affect only you. The other settings on that page are workspace-wide. See [Workspace settings](/user-guide/admin/workspace-settings).

## Deleting your account

Email [support@usehenry.ai](mailto:support@usehenry.ai) and we delete your account and its data on request.
