# Welcome to Henry

> Henry is an AI teammate that lives in Slack, Microsoft Teams, your phone's Messages app, and the web. Ask it a question or hand it a task, and it does the work in the tools your team already uses.

Henry is not another chat window. It joins the places your team already talks, connects to the tools you already use, and does real work: answering with sources, drafting and sending, building spreadsheets, filing tickets, and running recurring jobs on a schedule. It remembers what your team decides and gets sharper the longer you work with it.

## How this guide is organized

* **Getting started** walks you from sign-up to your first completed task and explains the few concepts that make everything else click.
* **Channels** covers each place you can talk to Henry: Slack, Microsoft Teams, texting, and the web app.
* **Working with Henry** is about the day to day: what to ask, how approvals work, sharing files, and what happens on long jobs.
* **Integrations, Tasks, Projects, Memory, Models, and Agent Browser** each get their own section.
* **Workspace administration** is for owners and admins: members, permissions, billing, usage, and security.
* The **Developer Guide** tab covers custom MCP servers, bringing your own model key, exports, and Henry's security architecture.

<Note>
  Henry's web app at [app.usehenry.ai](https://app.usehenry.ai) is where settings and controls live. Most of the actual work happens in chat.
