A project holds the chats, files, and memory for one piece of work, shared with your team, a client, or anyone you invite from the workspace. Henry keeps project memory separate from your personal memory, so a project’s context stays with the project.

Create a project

Open Projects and click New project. Give it a name and, optionally, a description of what it is about. The description helps Henry understand the project’s purpose from the first chat.

What is in a project

  • Chats. Conversations scoped to the project. Start one with New conversation. Henry brings the project’s files and memory into every project chat.
  • Files. Click Add file to upload documents, spreadsheets, images, or anything else, up to 50 MB each. Each file shows who added it, you or Henry.
  • Memory. After a few chats, Henry keeps a running summary of what the project is, what has been decided, and what is open. You can delete individual memory lines. Henry keeps memory updated as the team works.
  • Members. Who can see and use the project.

Sharing

Click Share project.
  • Everyone in the workspace can view is on by default. Turn it off to make the project visible to members only.
  • Add specific people with Add people from your team.
  • Copy link gives you a link to paste anywhere.
The project header shows Visible to your workspace or Members only so you always know who can see it.

Pin and archive

Pin project keeps it at the top of your list. Archive project hides it without deleting anything; unarchive from the archived view when you need it again.

Projects in chat

Projects appear in the sidebar of the web app under your conversations. Start a chat inside a project and Henry treats it as project work: files are available, project memory is used, and what Henry learns goes to the project rather than to your personal memory.
